Although the audience will miss the unyielding Captain Lee Rosbach. He led the show for the first ten seasons, after taking a medical leave of absence from Below Deck Season 10 due to a back ailment.

Rosbach revealed that he was not invited back to reprise his captaincy for Below Deck Season 11. “I did not quit,” Lee stated to the Sun Sentinel of South Florida. “No, I didn’t give up. I simply wasn’t asked back,” he remarked. But he also said he could understand Bravo’s ‘point of view.’ 

“They really couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone on how my health was,” he stated. However, the viewers can still anticipate heated debates, exciting nights out, and flirtations between the attractive crew members. This is going to be an exciting journey to see unfold. 

What To Expect From Below Deck Season 11?

A massive 75-minute episode is kicking off the season. “Capt. Kerry trades the Nordic Sea for crystal blue waters and stunning waterfalls as he leads his crew in the rich, historical island of Grenada,” begins the season’s logline. Captain Kerry has nearly twenty years of yachting experience and thirty years of boating experience.” 

Capt. Kerry depends on returning crew members to guide the new hires around the enormous 197-foot vessel when he boards St. David for the first time. In his second season as Chief Stew, Fraser vows to be a firmer leader by delegating more and not worrying about befriending his stews. His department’s strong personality might be too much for his newfound leadership style to handle.

On deck, Ben and his Bosun, Jared, grow distant due to Ben’s direct knowledge of the ship. In the interim, Chef Anthony, a French restaurateur in Miami, wants to give the galley a makeover. However, the galley comes to a boil during the first tour when Capt. Kerry notices a disorganized kitchen. 

Not everything in Grenada is easy, with burgeoning boatmances, wild nights out, and department drama to contend with. So, the season is going to be full of conflicts and drama that we all love to watch in the reality show.
