‘Epic’: Eleanor Fanyinka to be a medium in new series from ‘Once Upon a Time’ creators

According to Deadline, Eleanor Fanyinka (‘Holby City’) has joined the cast of ‘Epic’, a new series from the creators of ‘Once Upon a Time’ that will reinvent fairytale classics.

The actress will play Seer, “a mysterious and fun figure who can lead you on the path to true love”.

The screenplay will be written by Brigitte Hales, who will also be an executive producer alongside “Once Upon a Time” creators Adam Horowitz and Eddie Kitsis.

The series is described as a romantic anthology set in the universe of Disney’s fairy tales. The plot will feature original characters and reimagines classic genre plots.

The production will not take place in the same universe as “Once Upon a Time”.
