“Succession” has already proven to be one of contemporary television’s biggest hits – and it’s no surprise that it’s topped awards season.
During the announcement of the winners of the 74th Emmy Awards, the show took home the award for Outstanding Drama Series. Additionally, Jesse Armstrong won the award for Outstanding Writing in a Drama Series, while star Matthew Macfadyen received the Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series statuette for his acclaimed work.
