‘Elite’ RENEWED for Season 7; Omar Ayuso will be back!

Netflix has officially renewed the series “Elite” for season 7.

Additionally, it has been confirmed that Omar Ayuso, who played the character of Omar in the early seasons, will return to the cast for the next cycle.

The cast includes Ander Puig (‘Ser o no ser’), Carmen Arrufat (‘HIT’), Álvaro de Juana (‘HIT’), Ana Bokesa (‘La que se avecina’) and Álex Pastrana (‘Welcome to Eden’ ).

“Elite” follows daily life at Las Encinas, the best and most exclusive school in Spain, attended only by children from wealthy and influential families. Everything begins to change when three students from a public school are transferred there following an earthquake that destroyed their old school. Christian (Miguel Herrán), Nadia (Mina El Hammani) and Samuel (Itzan Escamilla) consider themselves lucky for the move, but soon become the target of a crushing class gap. Students like Marina (Maria Pedraza), Lu (Danna Paola) and Polo (Álvaro Rico), who are used to doing everything in their own way, will make it even more difficult for newcomers to stay. And it is not only the social conditions that clash; the routine of Las Encinas is, indeed, marked by tensions, intrigues and many contradictory emotions. This contrast between the underprivileged and the wealthy culminates in a murder mystery. Now it remains to be seen: who is behind the crime? Is the killer one of the recruits? Or is there something darker lurking in the hallways?
