‘Double Journey’: Fans DIVIDED Over New Netflix Movie Starring Jamie Foxx; Check!

The horror “Double Journey” (Day Shift), a vampire film with star Jamie Foxx (“Power”), has already arrived on Netflix – and seems to be dividing users on the platform.

On social networks, Internet users have expressed their thoughts on the feature film, some adoring the carefree content of the work and others disappointed by the production.

The film; Double Journey (Netflix) didn’t work for me. It starts pretty well, but it gets lost a lot.
Exaggerated, clichéd, predictable and embarrassing jokes. There are a few cool things I can’t remember right now.

day shift is on Netflix as a “comedy-horror,” but it’s all action and comedy. too bad because the terrir has not come out of novelty since the 80s and it would have been very good
but the film is well done, it does not take itself seriously for a minute. it’s funny

Foxx plays a hardworking dad who just wants to give his 8-year-old daughter a good life, but his mundane job as a pool cleaner is a blow to his real service: hunting and killing vampires for an international organization.

The cast also includes Scott Adkins (‘Doctor Strange’), Dave Franco (‘The Rental’), Meagan Good (‘Saw 5’), Karla Souza (‘How to Get Away with Murder’), Eric Lange (‘Lost’ ), Snoop Dogg (“Bones: Angel of Darkness”) and Zion Broadnax.

JJ Perry will direct.

The screenplay, which was revised by Shay Hatten (“John Wick 3”), is written by Tyler Tice.

Chad Stahelski, Jason Spitz Shaun Redick and Yvette Yates Redick are also joining as producers.
