Colin Trevorrow wrote the screenplay for “ Jurassic World: Domain ” with help from the cast

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, director Colin Trevorrow revealed some details about the upcoming third chapter of the “ Jurassic World ” franchise and commented that he wrote the script with the help of the cast – in especially Sam Veterans, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum, veterans of the adventure franchise.

“We wrote dialogues together and found ways to make sure that all of the actors, who are deeply associated with these characters that they played, not only feel respected, but dive headlong into who they would be now. “

In another interview, this time with Entertainment Weekly, Trevorrow revealed that the new feature film will be the junction of the six films in the saga that began in 1993.

“For me, ‘Jurassic World: Domain’ is the culmination of a story that has been told. When you have the ending of the “Jurassic Park” trilogy, you might not know what the story of the three films was, as there were more episodes in their approach. But this trilogy is not like that. It is more serialized. What is important to me is that when you watch ‘Domínio’ you really realize that you are going to learn the plot that set the stage for the first films and how everything that happened there influences. what’s happening now ”.

It’s worth remembering that the film’s premiere has been postponed until June 10, 2022 (one year after its initial release).

Dr Ellie Sattler

Dr Ian Malcolm

The franchise’s most boring (and still right) character had previously appeared in a cameo in Jurassic World: Threatened Kingdom (2018). In the film, he appears giving testimony in the Supreme Court, speaking out against the rescue of the dinosaurs and claiming that the world will now be living in a new era.
