Scheduled for 2024, the production will have 18 episodes, making it Marvel’s longest-running series.

Have fun watching:

And, during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Cox gave some details about the attraction, suggesting the plot can be told from scratch.

“It happens a lot in comics. In a way, what’s great about this idea of telling stories is that we can potentially tell some of them over and over again the same way they do in the comics, you know?”

He continued:

“Once in a while they start at the beginning of Murdock’s journey as a little boy and tell the whole origin story all over again. So maybe we can do that in the new series. Who knows? I do not know.”

And, according to journalist Jacob Fisher, of DiscussingFilm, filming is set to begin in February 2023 and is expected to last at least 11 months, ending in December.

Fisher also says the series will be filmed in New York, like the defunct Netflix series, rather than Atlanta, where the vast majority of Marvel/Disney+ projects are filmed.

Check:

“It’s been said before, but I can confirm that they plan to shoot the show in February and it could take practically the whole year. I don’t know if you already know this, but ‘Daredevil: Reborn’ will be shot in New York (instead of Atlanta, where the Disney+ series was filmed).

It’s been said before, but it can confirm that the show plans to start filming in February and run for pretty much the whole year.

Recalling that the title ‘Daredevil: Reborn’ refers to the comics, in a narrative arc in which the hero and the Kingpin face off in one of Marvel’s darkest clashes.

Previously, when the series returned after Netflix’s cancellation, Cox said, “I’m a huge fan of everything Marvel has done, and I wouldn’t underestimate them. If they want to do a less violence of ‘Daredevil’, I will support them. Maybe there will be less blood, but I will be on their side in their decision.

The series ran for three seasons with a total of 39 episodes until its cancellation, along with the other Marvel series on Netflix. Recently, all of them entered the Disney+ catalog in the United States.
