Simon Dorante Day is the Australian man now world famous as he claims to be the secret son of King Charles and Camilla. In a recent interview, he said he was in talks to bring his controversial story to the small screen. For years, in fact, he’s been trying to get the British Crown’s attention through legal action, but now he’s ready to climb higher and the Netflix name is popping up.

Charles and Camilla’s alleged secret son said he was contacted by major US and UK broadcasters in the weeks following Queen Elizabeth’s death. Apparently, indeed, many producers would be interested in turning his quest for the truth into a series or a documentary. Speaking to 7News.com.au about the possibility, he went out of his way to name the American streaming giant.

The 56-year-old is convinced, in fact, that entrusting his story to a series with worldwide success could force Buckingham Palace to answer his questions. Speaking about the sudden media attention on his case, he said: “I didn’t expect this to happen, but I’m glad it’s happening. I evaluate their offers. Eventually I would like to see my story on Netflix.

Is the series about Carlo and Camilla’s son coming to Netflix?

From the words of Simon Dorante Day we understand that he intends to raise the dust to “put Carlo and Camilla face to face with my assertions”. The man, who grew up in Australia, was born on April 5, 1966 in the United Kingdom. When he was eight months old, he was adopted by a local couple, but his adoptive grandparents had both worked for the Queen and Prince Philip in one of their royal residences. The adoptive grandmother would therefore have told him on many occasions that he was the son of Carlo and Camilla.

As proof of what he claims, the alleged son presents evidence, which to him can only be coincidence. The man claims that a few months before he was born, Camilla disappeared from the scene for at least nine months, while Carlo was sent to Australia. A historian also expressed doubts about the hospital where he was born, which would represent a fake. In fact, for the entire decade, he officially recorded no births. According to her theory, Camilla kept him with her until he was eight months old before handing him over to a family of trusted Crown employees.

Dorante-Day added that he remembered visiting a house in Portsmouth as a child. There he spent time with a woman he believes to be Camilla. With determination and all the means at his disposal, he has been asking for a DNA test for years. In the meantime, he is planning a trip to the UK, where “radio interviews in Glasgow, Manchester, Dublin and Portsmouth await him”.
