In the plot, a young woman rents a house, but when she arrives she discovers that the residence is already occupied by a stranger. Despite her instinct, she decides to spend the night there, to discover that there is much more to fear…

In the plot, a young woman traveling to Detroit for a job interview, rents a house. However, when she arrives late at night, she finds that the house is already rented by someone else; a strange man (Skarsgård) lives there. Ignoring her instincts, she decides to spend the night at the house, but soon discovers that there is much more to fear in the house than her unexpected guest.
The cast includes Georgina Campbell, Bill Skarsgard, Justin Long, Matthew Patrick Davis, Richard Brake, Kurt Braunohler and Jaymes Butler.
