‘Borrego’: Survival Thriller starring Lucy Hale premieres on Prime Video!

“Borrego,” a survival thriller starring Lucy Hale (“Fantasy Island”), has arrived on Prime Video.

The production was released today, October 5, on the streaming platform.

The film, written and directed by Jesse Harris, revolves around a young botanist who is transferred to a small town to study an invasive plant species. However, during her search, she assists a plane downed near her home only to find herself held hostage by an inexperienced drug dealer who forces her across the desert. The local sheriff (Nicholas Gonzalez) is drawn into this hunt as his rebellious daughter goes in search of the botanist – while being pursued by the drug addict.
