“Blockbuster,” a new comedy series starring Melissa Fumero (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”) and Randall Park (“WandaVision”), has arrived on Netflix.
Production was launched today, November 3, on the platform.
The plot, consisting of 10 episodes, revolves around the last Blockbuster located in the United States. The production sees store workers struggling to stay relevant in a world where streaming reigns supreme and there’s no room for home video.
It should be noted that the series is from the same creator of the sitcom ‘Superstore’, Vanessa Ramos.
