With 95 reviews published to date, the highly anticipated sequel “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” has earned a 93% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Directed by Ryan Coogler, the sequel stars Letitia Wright, Tenoch Huerta, Angela Bassett, Winston Duke, Lupita Nyong’o, Martin Freeman, Danai Gurira and Michaela Coel.

“In “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”, Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba) fight to protect your nation of the intervening powers of the world after the death of King T’Challa.As the Wakandans struggle to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must unite with the help of Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman ) to chart a new path to the kingdom of Wakanda. Featuring Tenoch Huerta as Namor, king of a secret undersea nation, the film also stars Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena and Alex Livanalli.

The first “Black Panther” was released in 2018 and made a huge box office boom, grossing over $1.3 billion worldwide. Additionally, it became the first superhero film to be nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars.
