Big Brother VIP competitors take big risks. Denunciation of Codacons to VIPs. Those responsible face up to 4 years in prison. Mediaset sweats cold.
Big Brother Vip and its competitors in the media list are back in the limelight, this time Codacons hamper a very serious episode that happened at Mediaset. Two years after the exposure to televoting which saw Franceska Pepe leave, the Codacons are this time filing a complaint against the competitors. An edition full of improprieties this to the detriment of Marco Bellavia, a competitor of the house who immediately made people talk about the choice of the show’s producers to let him into the house: by the public and the other roommates of the house, the decision to take Marco out was pretty obvious. It was the latter, however, that left him in a state of isolation that has everyone worried. The news then came to the Codacons desk following a complaint. Here is what happened.

The statement clearly reads: “After bullying against Marco Bellavia: investigation for private violence, the perpetrators risk up to four years in prison”.
Serious bullying allegations against Marco Bellavia’s roommates
Marco Bellavia is an Italian actor, television presenter and entrepreneur. He participated in various Mediaset production series between the 80s and 90s such as Love me Licia, Teneramente Licia and the children’s show Bim Bum Bam. He then decides, after months of absence on Italian television to participate in the Big Brother VIP program broadcast on Canale 5 as a competitor. And that’s where the problems started for Bellavia.
After isolating himself from his peers following the sharing of his depression issues, Marco Bellavia decided to quit the program of his own free will, although this decision was also challenged by rumors that leaked on social media. . On Saturday October 1, the announcement was made by the network’s official channel but without going into details: the competitor had been marginalized and targeted by the other tenants after openly expressing his problems with depression, as shown on the show. Among his comrades, he did not find the support he was hoping for despite his efforts to open up and ask for help. He was kicked out and indeed: some of the competitors, including Ginevra Lamborghini and Ciacci, openly laughed at his crying spells and indulged in nasty comments like calling him “bully-worthy”.
Response from Codacons: “Neither the authors nor the top management of the company could react”.
Immediately to the story, Il Codacons spoke out, expressing anticipation through tweets of what’s to come: “Despite what happened, neither the authors of the program nor the executives of the company n ‘were able to take adequate action, sending an incorrect and dangerous message to viewers’.
After the departure of Marco Bellavia, in fact, Codacons filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rome and the Communications Guarantees Authority in which it is requested to ascertain possible criminal offenses and violations of the provisions in force in Tlc material. Mediaset is once again taking the lead in promoting serious episodes that in every way represent a serious and deductive form of violence. In light of what could have happened, in fact, they filed a complaint: “Today we file a complaint with the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office requesting the opening of an investigation in the light of a possible case of private violence, verifying the responsibilities of the competitors of the GFVip and, before the competition, the authors, the conductor Alfonso Signorini and the management of Mediaset. Art. 610 of the penal code establishes in fact that “Whoever, by violence or threat compels another to do, tolerate or omit something, is punishable by imprisonment for up to four years”.
