If last year, for the same period, he paid 127,000 euros, this year he received an invoice, which he showed to the cameras, for 385,000 euros. The increase is more than 200%, numbers unsustainable even for Carrisi’s affluent category. He said he was very worried about the situation and hoped that the new government, instead of spending all its time fighting, could think of helping the population. He also spoke about the war situation between Russia and Ukraine and said that Putin is no longer the friend he used to sing about years ago:

“Putin was the westernmost man in Russia. Today, it’s not him, it’s not the same person for whom I sang five times. He did some very serious things that we all pay for. I hope that the war will finally stop in the ninth month”.
