‘Batman: The Long Halloween: Part 2’ Gets Amazing Trailer

Warner Bros. has released new official images of the first part of the animation ‘Batman: The Long Halloween: Part 2’ (Batman: The Long Halloween – Part 2).

With its premiere slated for the second half of 2021, production is based on the namesake comics written Jeph Loeb with works by Tim Sale. With 13 editions, released in 1996 and 97, the saga remains one of the hero’s most popular arcs.

Directed by Chris Palmer (“Superman: The Man of Tomorrow”), the feature film will star Jensen Ackles (“Supernatural”) giving voice to the iconic Bruce Wayne / Batman.

The production will also feature the voices of Naya Rivera (Selina Kyle / Catwoman), Josh Duhamel (Harvey Dent), Billy Burke (James Gordon), Titus Welliver (Carmine Falcone), David Dastmalchian (Calendar Man), Troy Baker (Joker) ), Amy Landecker (Barbara Gordon), Julie Nathanson (Gilda Dent), Jack Quaid (Alberto), Fred Tatasciore (Solomon Grundy) and Alastair Duncan (Alfred).

In the plot …

“Working with District Attorney Harvey Dent and Lt. James Gordon, Batman runs against the schedule while trying to find out who the killer is before he claims his next victim. A mystery that constantly makes the reader guess the identity of the killer, this story also ties in with the events that turn Harvey Dent into Batman’s deadly nemesis, Two Faces.
