Many can’t imagine how much Warner spent on the “Batgirl” movie, even with the production canceled. One such example is the amount received by star Michael Keaton (“Birdman”), for his participation, even without the first feature film.

According to information from The Hollywood Reporter, Keaton was paid $2 million for the week he was on set — yes, he only filmed a week.

Recall that the costs with Michael Keaton are part of the total of 90 million dollars that Warner spent to produce ‘Batgirl’. So, would you still cancel the movie after all that expense?

In addition to Grace, Fraser and Keaton, the cast would also include JK Simmons (James Gordon), Jacob Scipio (Anthony Bressi), Ivory Aquino (Alysia Yeoh), Rebecca Front, Corey Johnson and Ethan Kai.

Christina Hodson wrote the screenplay, while Adil El Arbi and Billal Fallah (“Bad Boys For Life”) were in charge of directing.
