Lionsgate’s new feature film in the “John Wick” franchise, “Ballerina,” will go into production in the coming days, according to TVLine.
Jon Feltheimer, CEO of Lionsgate, is the one who revealed it in an investor report.
It should be noted that in addition to ‘Bailarina’, the franchise’s future looks bright, as spin-off series ‘The Continental’, which will be released internationally by Amazon Prime Video, has been announced, and the company seems interested in adapting the saga to video games, being quite electrifying.
Production is expected to begin soon, with the possibility of guest appearances from Keanu Reeves and Anjelica Huston.
Have fun watching:
“Ballerina” is set to begin filming soon, with the possibility of guest appearances from Keanu Reeves and Anjelica Huston. Recalling that Len Wiseman (“Underworld”) will direct the film, while Shay Hatten (“John Wick 3: Parabellum”) directed the preliminary draft of the scenario.
Already ‘John Wick 4’ is scheduled for release on March 24, 2023. ‘John Wick 5’ would be filmed at the same time as 4, but the pandemic prevented the development of both films, so the team chose to make one alone of theirs. Now we just need to know if the sequel will leave a hook for new stories.
