‘Army of the Dead – Invasion in Las Vegas’: watch the first scenes of Zack Snyder’s zombie horror

Netflix has released a video with a preview of its upcoming releases, which features the opening scenes of ‘Army of the Dead – Invasion in Las Vegas’, the zombie horror from director Zack Snyder (‘Dawn of the Dead‘ ‘).

After a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, USA, a group of mercenaries make one last bet, venturing into the quarantine zone in an attempt to lead the biggest assault of all time.

In an interview with Slashfilm, Snyder guaranteed that his new zombie movie would be epic; with lots of action and practical effects.

“90% of our zombies are practical effects. There is a war with zombies, action sequences and a lot of fighting; my longtime friend and partner Damon Caro has worked hard to create zombie mayhem on an epic level.

He continues, “I love funny movies, but not silly. It’s a fine line. I wanted this movie to be uncontrolled zombie madness. My Netflix partners have supported me and started this journey with me. ”

The film, with a budget of $ 70 million, was shot in Las Vegas.

Dave Bautista stars in the production, which also includes Ella Purnell, Theo Rossi (“Luke Cage“), Ana De La Reguera (“Everything and Everything”) and Huma Qureshi (“Kaala”).

“Invasion in Las Vegas” is produced by Netflix and is scheduled to debut this semester.
