“Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom,” which was slated for December this year, was previously delayed to March 2023, and this week has undergone another delay, moving to December 2023.
And to ease the sadness of fans, director James Wan shared new concept art for a long time and asked everyone to calm down due to the new date.
“Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was for Christmas 2023. I’m a little superstitious, so I loved that we were releasing the movie in December, like the first one. Here are some illustrations of the big epic world we’re creating. I need some time to get it all right. These images barely scratch the surface of the movie. We haven’t even shown the movie’s wonderful and weird creatures and characters yet. I can’t wait for everyone to see it, but you don’t you just have to wait a little longer,” Wan said on Instagram.
The artwork shows Jason Momoa battling giant sea creatures, looking stunning.
