Footage released by TMZ shows there was a bottle with a red cap inside the actress’ car, indicating she must have been drunk.

However, toxicological tests have not yet been carried out due to her delicate health condition, as she is intubated at the local hospital.

Neighbors of the woman whose home was destroyed in the accident set up an online crowdfunding to help her and raised more than $75,000 yesterday afternoon (08). According to the page, the woman identified as Lynne Mishele “narrowly escaped physical injury” in the accident, but the house was destroyed and she lost all of her belongings.
