Destiny director Daniel Cretton has signed an exclusive multi-year contract with Marvel Studios to develop “Shang-Chi 2” and other projects for Marvel, such as a television series.
The details are still secret.
In a recent interview with Screen Rant, Cretton reflected on his desire to expand all character arcs, planning new stories that always include interaction with other heroes already established on the MCU.
Enjoy watching:
“I think at the end of that movie there are some really clear arrows pointing in the directions we’d like the character to take – and not just Shang-Chi, but I’m really excited to see all of these characters start to interact with. other members of the MCU and going to places we haven’t visited yet. We’re all very excited about the doors that have opened thanks to this movie.
