“Accused”: Murders and mystery cases in the trailer for the new FOX crime series

FOX has released the first trailer for crime drama “Accused.”

Based on the BAFTA-winning British series of the same name, the production will officially premiere on January 22.

The plot of each episode will begin in court with a defendant accused of a crime. Then the story goes back in time to reveal how these people ended up in the extraordinary situations they find themselves in.

The series is developed by Howard Gordon, Alex Gansa and David Shore (“The Good Doctor”).

The great cast includes Rachel Bilson, Whitney Cummings, Abigail Breslin, Michael Chiklis, Margo Martindale, Molly Parker, Rhea Perlman, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Wendell Pierce and Jack Davenport.
