The plot follows a group of dedicated and passionate teachers – and a slightly deaf principal – reunited at a Philadelphia public school where, although they find themselves against all odds, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. . Even though these incredible people are outnumbered and under-resourced, they love what they do, fighting a system that is often more of a hindrance than a help.
